Saddle River’s Dr. Douglas Holden Lectures on Stress and Addiction

Join Saddle River Resident and Orthopedic Surgeon Douglas Holden as he gives a lecture on the issues of Stress in our community and how that may be a gateway to Addiction.

Dr. Douglas Holden and Nick Barra – Recovery Specialist – as they discuss the dangers of stress and the pathway to prescription painkillers. And talk about the alternatives from these dangers.

This lecture is free to attend and open to the public. For Parents, students, athletes, coaches, teachers, counselors, community members, police and anyone else invested in the well being of our community.

Light refreshments will be provided.

This is part of a Health & Wellness Series, being held at the Wandell School for all Saddle River Parents and families.
